A comprehensive physical fitness evaluation will be done based on the following:
Criteria A: Player on-court movement would be observed based on which fitness program would be designed
Criteria B: Fitness Tests (Strength, Power, Speed, Speed-Endurance, Agility, Flexibility, Balance)
Outputs from Heart Rate Monitors, Player’s BMI & VO2Max, readings would be used for designing the program.
Strength & Power training Program would be designed based on scientific calculations.
